The trade show is limited to western-type items, and only a limited number of vendors will be permitted selling the same types of merchandise. Applications will be evaluated and the vendors notified if they have been approved in a timely manner.

Vending spots are $400 for Tuesday-Sunday. Vendors staying on the grounds will be charged an additional $50. This admits two people from Tuesday – Sunday. Vendors arriving earlier will be charged regular admission prices. Vendors must be set up by noon on Tuesday.

Food vendors who had spots at last year’s races have first right of refusal for the upcoming races. Vendors who would like to be considered in the event of an opening should send a sample menu, picture of vending trailer, proof of insurance and health department certification to Chuckwagon Races, 2848 Shake Rag Road, Clinton, AR 72031.
